Before loading

Record container identity and visible condition, including issues that could affect cargo protection.

During loading

Verify product identity, loading tally, package condition and significant handling observations.

At closure

Record final loading condition, container number, seal number and departure evidence. The report should distinguish observed facts from assumptions about later transit events.
